It's a really silent addiction, with a lot of baggage, and this book confronts the causes, side effects and solutions, for single people and couples as well. Basically, if you are addicted to porn, you will find this book will help get rid of much of the shame that having this seemingly laughable addiction brings. And to put it another way, the book shines a really bright light, on a dark uncomfortable subject.It's based on the author's solid clinical research, and years as a sex therapist.
I also recommend the book "The Porn Trap" by Wendy Maltz (and some other guy....)
