The recipes also appear simple.Not too many ingredients.Not too many steps.Jillian promises the meals prep in under 30 minutes and looking at the recipes it looks like she has kept that promise.
The other great thing about this book is that you don't need to buy Master Your Metabolism to understand this cookbook.Jillian recaps the principals of the diet in this so you can jump right in with confidence.
And last, she has sidebars sprinkled throughout the book on everything from how to grow your own garden to how to start a buying group or co-op with your friends and neighbors so you can buy groceries.
